HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?


Depending on your location and selected method of shipping, most Necklace in a Box orders will arrive within 7-10 days in the United States (and 2-3 days using expedited shipping within the continental United States). International order arrival times vary greatly, due to customs, local transportation, weather, and political circumstances.

CAN I EXPEDITE MY SHIPPING?


Yes, all shipping in the United States is available to be expedited. International orders can also be expedited as well, at an additional cost of $29.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?


We accept returns. If you would like to return either a part of or your entire order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Items that are returned in damaged or used condition will not be eligible for refund. Please be sure to carefully package your return order. Upon receipt of your return, a refund will be issued within 72 hours. Be aware that it may take more than 72 hours for your refund to transfer to your banking institution or Paypal account.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?


Yes, Necklace in a Box ships internationally. During checkout you will be able to provide your shipping address, including your country.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES, MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES, AND U.S. TERRITORIES?


We ship to P.O. Box addresses, however, we do not currently at this time ship to APO or FPO boxes. We also ship to most U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico. We believe Necklace in a Box should be available to every smart consumer independent of country or territory. If your country or territory is not available, please contact us so that we can arrange a shipping method for you.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?


We accept payment through Paypal as well as most major debit and visa cards (Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express). If there is a payment method you would like to see used, or if you are currently experiencing issues placing your order, please contact us and we will be happy to get back to you.

CAN I USE AN INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD?


Yes. International credit cards can be used on Necklace in a Box. If, by chance your credit card is unable to be processed please either use Paypal.com or contact us directly. We are happy to help!

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON YOUR SITE?


We accept payment through Paypal as well as most major debit and visa cards (Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express). If there is a payment method you would like to see used, or if you are currently experiencing issues placing your order, please contact us and we will be happy to get back to you.Yes, all information (including your credit and/or debit card number are not stored on our site), and all payments are processed through highly-secure and major payment processors (Authorize.net and Paypal.com).

HOW CAN I USE A COUPON CODE?


In order to apply a coupon code, view your cart by either first adding a product to cart and selecting ``View Cart`` or by clicking the cart icon on the upper-right hand corner of the site. Click ``Apply Coupon`` from your cart in order to apply the code.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?


Yes, due to California tax law, we charge the minimal tax rate of 6.5% to all states of the United States.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?


After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you as such. This shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number and link which you can use to track your order. If you have not yet received a tracking number and/or shipping confirmation, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you!

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?


If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible including your order confirmation number, name used to place the order, and a way we can contact you (an email address is necessary). If your order has already been shipped, then cancelling your order is no longer possible, however, once your order arrives you can return it for a full refund. Please do not open any packages that you plan on returning. Necklaces in a Box and jewelry that are returned in poor or used condition do not qualify for a full refund and will result in an automatic 15% restocking fee. We request that if you would like to add new product to your order after your order has already been shipped that you please place a new order. If you would like to return part of your order, then please carefully pack product in excellent, new condition. Product found to be in poor or used condition will result in an automatic 15% restocking fee.

I'M NOT SURE IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH. HOW CAN I CHECK?


If you are not sure whether or not your order has gone through, please wait 15-20 minutes to receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation order, please contact us with your order information (full name, shipping address, and the date you placed your order). We are happy to help!

WILL I RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION?


Yes. When an order is successfully placed, you should receive an order confirmation to the email address you supplied within 30 minutes. If you did not receive an order confirmation within 1-2 hours, please contact us as your order may not have gone through. Please include your full name, shipping address, and the date you placed your order. We will determine the issue and respond within 24 hours. Thank you for your order!

DOES NECKLACE IN A BOX COME WITH A WARRANTY GUARANTEE?


Yes. All Necklaces in a Box come with a 5 year warranty! If you would like to utilize your warranty within the 5 year warranty guarantee period, please contact us so that we can better assist you. Jewelry is not covered under the warranty period, however, please contact us if you are experiencing any out of the ordinary issues and we will do our best to help. Your experience and satisfaction is important to us.

HOW CAN I HONOR YOUR WARRANTY?


You can honor the warranty on any Necklace in a Box within its 5 year warranty period by contacting us. Please include any relevant information that you think can be of assistance. We will be happy to walk you through the warranty and replacement process. For Necklaces in a Box that fall outside the 5 year warranty period, you can still contact us, although a replacement is not guaranteed.
